CBS has lost their second appeal to lift the $550,000 fine from Janet Jackson’s horrendous nipple. Just let it go CBS. It’s been over 2 years. I’ve finally stopped feeling nauseous, so please stop bringing it up.

In its order, the FCC noted that the fine is less than one-quarter of the $2.3 million that CBS charged for a single 30-second advertisement aired during its broadcast of Super Bowl XXXVIII.
