Ethell, and all you other Rachel bashers out there. Take a step back for a moment. You all are ganging up on Rachel like she did something wrong. She’s a talented chef, educated woman, and knows what she wants. Who cares if she doesn’t “fake it” at a book signing. Do you really think she cares who you are? No, she is a business woman.

And Ethell, if you ever watched her show, you would know why she never washes anything on TV. She cleans it when she brings it home from the store. It’s all about time saving efforts. Yes, these meals probably do take more than 30 minutes to prepare, but she is simply giving you the tips, tricks and tecniques to speed things up a little. She is very well organized, knows her food, and I for one, appreciate all that I have learned from her.

There is no way you can even come close to appreciating her if you ONLY eat out of a drive-thru window, or have more aluminum TV dinner trays in your trashcan, than you do real trash.

Give the girl a break. You KNOW that the Food Network knows what they are doing. Geez, back off! The woman is great.

You can’t fault Rachael Ray for wanting to be rich and famous. I fault the Food Network ( Which I said should be named the Rachael Ray Network, because of all of the shows she has on there. What were they thinking anway?) She never washes anything. Takes her meat right out of the package and puts it in the pan.( who knows how long it’s been soaking in it’s own blood?) especially that poultry, YUKK) Talk about upset stomach! She has everything all lined up ready to be taken out and used on the show. She is the queen of abbreviations (which I hate). If those 30 minute meals were done on normal working time, they would take 60 minutes. Does anyone really go that fast in the kitchen? Her cooking is unrealistic for normal people. Who could actually eat most of that garbage? I also hear she isn’t really a people person when she is on book signing tours….all business. I just don’t understand why people are so enthralled by her. I could go on and on with what I don’t like about her, but I think you get the idea.

Rachael Ray is like my guiding angel, like she like looks out after me. She knows how to do instant mac and cheese let me tell ya!!!! WOW!!! I was amazed when she did instant mashed potatoes. Personally she is my personal like chef. THANK YOU
