TMZ has obtained documents that Nicole Richie pled no contest to a DUI charge four years ago. If convicted for DUI again, the judge must sentence Nicole to five consecutive days in county jail and she must attend an alcohol education program even if the second conviction isn’t alcohol related. The first conviction:
In the arrest report it reveals that Richie told cops all she had eaten that day was french fries. As for what she drank that day — “1 shot vodka.” She blew a .12. and a .13 in two separate tests. In California, .08 is considered legally intoxicated. Richie was stopped in her Toyota Corolla after a UCLA police officer observed her blowing a red light and driving over a speed bump at more than 50 miles an hour in an area with a 15 mph speed limit. Riche flunked the field sobriety test — her eyes were watery, her eyes bloodshot and she could not keep her balance.
What’s she gonna tell her employers? Oh wait. That’s right. She doesn’t work or do much of anything. Five days in prison would be pretty ho-hum for Nicole. A real punishment would be making her eat a plate of pasta every day. She’d probably shank you with one of her elbows.
