Nicole Richie was arrested
Nicole Richie was arrested for DUI this morning at 4:50 AM and was released at 7:10 AM. 911 was called when she was spotted driving the wrong way on the 134 freeway in Burbank. As the police stopped Richie, she was on her cellphone. She admitted she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot, but was not drunk. The police say they will not release Nicole’s mugshot. It’ll turn up soon right?
The great part about celebrity arrests are the facts that come out. Nicole Richie is 5′1” and 85lbs. 85lbs! You could use her as a shot put. I’m surprised she wasn’t able to slide out through a crack in the passenger side door like a hamster.
Update: The mugshot was released. And TMZ has it. It’s not as good as I had hoped, but it will do.

I think the BAC test said she had no alcohol in her system.
Did Nicole’s recent reunion with Paris have an alcohol-related influence on her? Do you think? Also, how much alcohol would it take to get an 85-pound woman drunk? I’m guessing one glass of egg nog will just about do it….
