Paris Hilton sues Paris Exposed

The one with the wonky eye filed a federal lawsuit yesterday to shut down ParisExposed.om. The site charges $40 for access to Hilton’s personal photos, videos, diaries, medical documents and passports among other posessions. These items were auctioned off after Hilton neglected to pay the storage facility.

“I was appalled to learn that people are exploiting my and my sisters’ private personal belongings for commercial gain,” Hilton said in a declaration supporting the lawsuit, adding she was concerned the information could be used for identity theft or harassment.

She also put out a message on her MySpace. Here’s an excerpt,

Yes, I am ashamed and overly embarrassed about my personal items being put publicly out there. The videos and pictures contain some explicit things, and things I’ve done in the past. PLEASE note that the pictures and videos were from years ago, when I was wild and just partied all the time.

There have been claims that Paris is financially behind this. The reasoning being all the videos are edited, there is no sex and not all of her friends are shown. I don’t think Paris is smart enough to pull this off. She’s a retarded whore who fell into money after becoming a glamorized porn star. Why can’t more people do something of value like me? I disentangle sea otters from plastics and clean them up after an oil spill. After all, how else will I make my sea otter coats if there are none left? Think about it.
