Lindsay Lohan does GQ again

Earlier I used the cover of Lindsay Lohan’s GQ shoot for a banner. I found a few more scans from that GQ issue. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. She’s a freckled mess whose hand now curls at a 90 degree angle due to one too many casting couch visits.
