I dont think either the little girl or Akon should be blamed, he was only doing what he does everywhere and women who go up there obviously enjoy themselves, and the crowd loves it. Every girl that young would have done it if presented with the situation. People lose their minds with celebrities, no one says anything with women throwing their panties on stage, and no one checks their ID’s before they throw them. It is ultimately the parents responsibility to keep their children from acting like this, even though it is normal behavior for a girl that age, her parent should be there teaching her that behavior like that is inappropriate. Blaming everyone else is only going to teach her to make excuses for her wrong doings her whole life and not accept the consequences of her actions. Plus she’s super hot, i think if they thought they could get away with it almost any man would hump her even KNOWING what her age was.
