Maybe the problem is that he is a human being. Although his celebrity status â€œdictatesâ€ this type of behavior from people it does not make it right. After a while, I think most people would get sick of it but then if we had to put ourselves in someone elseâ€™s shoes the a-hole may actually turn out to be the one passing the judgment.

I am from Paris and i can tell you that the fan was coming from Bordeaux which is very far from Paris. Secondly it was not a papparazzi but a real fan of Spiderman. And it is a fact well known that Tobey is not very friendly with fans and like many other actors he pretends to be friendly in front of tv camera.
Anyway, later that day he poses with that fan and signed authograph as well.
On the evening he signed a lot of authographes at the french premiere at the Rex
which he never did at the previous premiere !
Not a single one for the Spiderman 2 premiere !!!
And a lot for this Spiderman 3 premiere.
Anyway for french fans and autograph-hunters if Tobey did not want to sign or be taken on picture he just have to ask to park the car in front of the door of the hotel instead of
walking like that !
Sorry but Tobey did realise he was an assshole himself and that is why he took a photo with the fan later on tha day.
But He is certainly an asshole most of the time

I’m with the majority on this one – camera man was a jerk. I might say the same for guy who wrote the article – but then he’s a cousin to the paparazi I guess! Probably some underpaid little pansy trying to sound like a real reporter.

Way to go Tobey….apparently people have missed the part of the video where the dude grabes Tobey. If you listen you can hear Tobey say very clearly “Dont touch me dude”. Then the idiot photog follows up this move by jamming a camera in Tobey’s face. He got what he deserved. Besides the guy was probably french. Nuff said.

If the dick got his camera within Mcguires arm reach than Mcguire had a right to slap it out of the photog’shand. Just because the guy is a big star doesn’t mean somebody can get in his face that is very clear in the photo. You may not like Mcguire you might want to call him a pussy or whatever but nobody has got the right to get within inches of him
so they can grab a photo. I’d bitch slap the asshole who did what this guy did to Mcguire. Mcguire restrained himself to say the least. I hope the camera broke in a 1000 pieces and cost more than that.

Toby’s an asshole! I’ve it from alot of people and have seen it first hand! First of all I wouldnt want a picture of this little punk bitch. If he ever did that to me I’d lay him out.
