Isaiah Washington’s rep Howard Bragman has confirmed Grey’s Anatomy creator, Shonda Rhimes, called Isaiah and basically fired him. A source says Washington’s behavior made him a liability. Shortly after, Howard released this statement from Isaiah.
“I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it any more.”
See, right here. If I was Howard Bragman, I would issue the “It’s because he’s black, isn’t it,” statement. She’ll probably say that that wasn’t the reason at all and it was because my client called that kid a “f****t” and then brought it up again at an awards show. But, that’s where my experience comes into play. I would merely reply, “And it’s also a little bit because he’s black, isn’t it? Admit it.” Whereupon I’d give her a pink belly until she admits it.
