Nicole Richie must stand trial

The Los Angeles Superior Court has ordered a July 11 trial date for Nicole Richie’s DUI case. Meaning, the trial must either start on the 11th or within 10 days of the date. Nicole Richie is also said to have a prior misdemeanor DUI conviction and if convicted twice, she could face anywhere from 90 days to a year in jail. Which is pretty cool if you think about it. If they could lock up all the famous for nothing socialites, there could be a flood and voilà. We just have to make sure Noah isn’t around to collect two of them and put them on that boat. Unless that rumor about one dying and two taking its place is true, then we’re all screwed.
