Nick and Vanessa had sex in a jacuzzi

Late last week, Life & Style published censored pictures of Nick and Vanessa naked in Mexico. Today, TMZ learned that the paparazzo who took the pictures had a lot more than just those. He also took ones of them having hardcore sex in a Jacuzzi. In response, Hollywood attorney Marty Singer has warned the weeklies they will face a huge lawsuit if they publish any of the pictures. When contacted, the photo agency declared them not for sale.

Singer told TMZ the photographer was “outrageous and malicious,” adding, “The photos that were taken of our clients by a Mexican photographer violated Mexican law and were a clear invasion of privacy, and we have threatened to take legal action against third parties who publish the photos.”

Those in the know describe the pictures as Paris Hilton-eque which I guess means Vanessa Minnillo was giving Nick an uninspiring bj while those watching commented, “I spent how long finding and downloading this?!” before turning on One Tree Hill and whacking it to Sophia Bush.
