Nick Lachey responds to those nude photos

After siccing the lawyer on gossip rags and websites, Nick Lachey cashes in on the attention downplaying the supposed hardcore sex photos of him and Vanessa Minnillo in a hot tub.

“Where’s the scandal?” Lachey told OK! magazine. “I was in Mexico with my girlfriend of a year, celebrating our anniversary on a private vacation. It’s not like I was caught with a Mexican hooker. We’ve all gone out and had a few too many and done something stupid. We’ve all made mistakes.”

Thats weird. First he says he hasn’t done anything wrong, then he calls it a mistake. Ok dude. You slammed the ovaries out of Vanessa Minnillo and now have proof. It’s not like you were stabbing the locals with a fork. You might as well leak the pictures yourself so people don’t think you’re a complete homo. If a photog caught me eviscerating Christina Aguilera’s box, I’d march right up to him and ask for portrait and wallet sizes.
