Britney’s assistant served

Alli Sims, Britney’s assistant, and JR Totem, Britney’s music producer, were both served by Aaron Cohen of IMS Security with deposition subpoenas at 2:30 a.m. at a Hollywood Hills party. The deposition would force Alli to answer questions about everything from what Britney feeds the kids to what she’s like after partying. Us Magazine says,

A visibly upset Sims attempted to avoid being served, and she and Rotem began to argue with Cohen. But, as an eyewitness reports, Cohen was not deterred by Sims’ denials and was forced to throw the subpoena through an open car window as Sims and Rotem fled in a friend’s car. Spears was spotted leaving the the same party moments later and eventually joined Sims and Rotem at her Beverly Hills home.

Aaron Cohen sounds awesome. He served them by throwing the documents through an open car window while they were driving! That deserves four more exclamation points. He probably works for this IMS Secuirty too. Israeli anti-terrorist training security services? That’s insane. Aaron could have stuffed the deposition in Alli and Totem’s mouth if he wanted to, but he was probably feeling nice that day.
