K-Fed wants Britney to pay the bill

Court documents show that Kevin Federline’s lawyer wants Britney Spears to pay $50,000 for litigation expenses in their divorce case because she’s clearly the “monied party.”

Attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said in an Aug. 26 declaration that Federline has “no net income” after various expenses, and that his spousal support of $20,000 a month ends in November. Spears, meanwhile, brings in an average monthly income of $737,868.

K-Fed’s been getting $20k for a while now. Some people only make that much per year so I don’t see how he has no net income. He’s probably running around renting limos to Vegas and staying in $1k per night suites while skimping out on the kid’s diapers. “Pampers? Try this cardboard box I found by the dumpster. Hold on, you have to lick off the leftover pizza. That’s your dinner. Isn’t it yummy? If you need me, I’ll be in my room being fed grapes by strippers.”
