Stephen Belafonte killed a duck

Amid rumors of Stephen Belafonte’s past transgressions, a warrant has been issued for his arrest. He was ordered to pay a $60,000 fine in New Jersey for killing a duck with a brick, but fled. He’ll be arrested if he ever returns to that area.
