Hey assfacedrivesafe – .0000001 is DUI for someone under 21. This is the law. The law also says you aren’t supposed to speed. His actual DUI could have been anything over that and its still illegal, irresponsible, and AGAINST THE LAW.

Nick has never had to live with the consequences of his actions, and I hope that every day that he wakes up and sits up in bed, he realizes that because of his decisions, a good friend of his won’t even have that luxury.

He made adult decisions, regardless of his age, and I hope he faces adult consequences. 60 – 180 days in the county lockup should help.

From the very begining I thought it was fantastic how a spoiled little rich kid whose aspirations in life are right now to get his GED which makes him a dropout to boot can walk away with a few bruises and get worldwide sympathy while a 23 year old from a hard working middleclass family fresh back from his 2nd tour in Iraq winds up a vegetable, and we now know how Florida takes care or those with brain damage thanks to Terry Shivo. So what have we so far a hard working freedom fighter who was cruising around with some egocentric child who loves to show his daddys money and has had a lisence for just over a year when said child says look what I can do and takes away to functionality of someone who has done and seen things none ever should. Not only should nick be locked up for 2nd degree vehicular manslaughter, he should also have to endure if for only one minute the pain, agony, and mental anguish of his passangers mother but that would be expecting to much. As for his charges, I hope they stick; he can always get that GED in prison.

Oh come on he was NOT drunk .02 is not considered being drunk that means he had a drink… I figured MADD and all the other crazy alcohol groups would be all over this. SPEEDING Was a factor.. STOP SPEEDING NICK! Now I am not saying he should of been drinking at all he’s only 17 but let’s look at his life.
I hope he has learned a lesson.
