Katherine Heigl is annoyed

Despite starring in Knocked Up, one of this year’s better comedies, Katherine Heigl is bashing the movie for “being a little sexist.” Note that the movie brought her asking price from $300,000 to $6 million so that makes her statement kind of a bitchy thing to say. Katherine is also trying to keep her Grey’s Anatomy character more “real”. Us Magazine writes,

“It paints the women as shrews, as humorless and uptight, and it paints the men as goofy, fun-loving guys,” the actress – who just turned 29 – tells January’s Vanity Fair. “It was hard for me to love the movie,” she say.

Heigl also says she’s grown wary of her Grey’s Anatomy character, Izzie, who had a fling with her married pal, George (T.R. Knight). “It was a ratings ploy,” she says. “I’m trying to figure her out and keep her real.”

She f’d Seth Rogen 2 hours after she met him in the movie. You know? That IS pretty uptight. If her character was filled with more hilarity, was more fun and less of a shrew, she would have let him try anal like any other self-respecting woman.
