She must be so embarrassed! The reason this happened is because Victoria has give birth to 2 children. When skinny women get pregnant their skin stretches alot. Victoria went back to her previous size but still has alot of excess skin. Im sure it doesnt normally hang off of her like that but the corset she was wearing was extremely tight and bunched up her skin. She is a MOTHER give her a break. Poor Victoria!
