i think that there is nothing wrong with these pictures…it like if she was at the beach and US Weekly caught her and took her picture. There really isnt a difference i dont think…bras and panties are kind of similar to a bikini top and bottoms except one is for swimming. Miley probably feels embarrassed about these photos, and regrets taking them. we should just leave her alone!
