On June 3, Hayden Panettiere won Best Newcomer at the Glamour Magazine’s Women of the Year Awards. In post-award bliss, Hayden must have forgotten about the dress she was wearing and the dozen or so paparazzi swarming about with their cameras primed and ready for a money shot. They almost had it, but not quite. They were once again foiled by their arch nemesis: flowy dresses and modesty.
