Tori Spelling gave birth to a 6 lb 8 oz baby girl they named Stella Doreen McDermott at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center yesterday afternoon. Tori opted to have a Caesarean section. Possibly because no doctor would agree to go down there. “Too yucky,” they exclaimed. Both mother and foal are doing well and resting comfortably.
