I’m sure you’ve heard by now, but famed comedian and actor, Bernie Mac, 50, died from complications due to pneumonia at 2 AM on Saturday morning. Bernie suffered from sarcoidosis, an inflammatory lung disease, which went into remission in 2005. However, because of the medication he was on, his immune system was suppressed which is where the pneumonia came from. He is survived by his wife, Rhonda, and his 30-year-old daughter, Je’Niece. It’s still amazing that someone could die at 50 with all the advances in medicine. One day cryogenics will become the norm and no one will die before their time. Hopefully it’ll be affordable as well so I don’t have to keep stuffing my dead relatives into my freezer.
