Oh happy day. Ryan Seacrest premiered Heidi Montag’s new single “Look How I’m Doin’” today. If you love being stabbed in the ear with an ice pick, you’ll love this. It’s sort of like being punched in the mouth about 50 times. I hear if you make it through the whole thing, you’ll be sterile.

It’s April 1st right?
