Holy crap. It’s a really bad week to be a celebrity. One of the most influential artists in pop history has passed away today at the age of 50. Michael Jackson, the King of Pop, suffered a cardiac arrest early this afternoon at his home in Holmby Hills. Paramedics were unable to revive him when they arrived at the scene. Sources say Jackson was already dead before they arrived. Jackson was rushed to UCLA Medical Center but they were still unable to get a pulse.
He is survived by three children: Michael Joseph Jackson Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince “Blanket” Michael Jackson II.
In recent years, he’s been mocked more than celebrated, but there is no denying his place in music history. So, in honor of Michael’s passing, I put on a surgeon’s mask, one white glove, moonwalked across my front lawn and poured a carton of milk on the curb for my recently deceased homie.
