Obviously the person suggesting that Fergie is ‘adjusting a package’ is male and has never worn a sanitary pad, because to anyone who is female that situation is all too familar–combination of shorts and a pad and shifting is bound to occur girlfriend!

I have a couple short skirts that bulge out, and quite frankly looks like I could have a penis…..my husband loves it when I wear short skirts when we are alone on romantic trips. But, I hate it when I wear those out in public, and he has even agreed that some skirts do that to me due to their design. Some skirts just pucker. I have some I have completely nixed due to this issue. She does not have a penis…just a poorly designed skirt. I suggest she throws that one away.
