Lindsay Lohan was at Millions of Milkshakes yesterday brewing up her signature milkshake. It’s one part chocolate, one part Red Bull, a dash of vodka, diced cigarette butts and a smidgen of used condom topped off with whipped cream. Customers said it tasted as if they were shrunk down to size and thrown into Lindsay Lohan’s unwashed mouth. In other words, divine.
