Former CBS anchor Walter Cronkite died today at the age of 92. Walter passed away in New York at 7:42 PM. Cause of death is unknown, although, his family said he was suffering from cerebrovascular disease which they conceded he would not recover from. During his broadcast days, Cronkite signed off with “And that’s the way it is.” He is survived  by three children. [CNN, NYT]
