Mischa Barton is officially crazy

Ever since Mischa Barton got out of the psyche ward, she’s never stopped smiling. Not even when wearing a certified crazy outfit like this at a party in NYC last night. This is what those friendly ladies wear on that street corner next to your house.
The fact that she has a perma-grin makes this all the more disturbing. Like she’s planning something and wants to make sure we don’t catch on by pretending everything is fine.
Serial killers have the exact same expression just after they invite you into their house lined with plastic and just before they take out the axe hidden behind their back.
Can anyone explain this picture? It looks like Mischa peed herself.

When you’re crazy, you don’t notice that you’ve peed yourself or perhaps spilled your drink and sat on it. You also don’t realize or care that your fashion sense is so 1982!
So she is supposedly “medicated up the butt eh?”
