@Charlotte Do people even go to school these days? Mentioning Hitler and Castro in the same breath is quite simply the dumbest thing I’ve heard in years. Hitler was undeniably evil, responsible for the deaths of millions of people. I’m not saying Castro was a good guy, but America loves a good boogeyman and we overstated his importance, its kind of like exaggerating a low level scumbag into a Mafia don . Cuba is a tiny little impoverished nation, if Castro was the big bad guy we are brainwashed into believing, we could have taken over the fucking place in like a couple of hours and come back home in time for dinner. He was just a bogeyman to scare the sheeple

You know what is absolutely, incontrovertibly true, that Hitler revolutionized warfare he was a military genius. Himmler, Mengele, Stalin all geniuses, Ted Bundy a very intelligent man. Do you know what else is true the statement I think that Hitler was a military genius does not mean I think that Hitler was just soooo awesome. You pretty much fail at words my friend.

I agree with her. I’m hating how stupid people are. Like seriously people who run countries are normally certified geniuses. You think that Hitler just got lucky and just happened to create what he did and keep it in power for so long? No he was very intellectual about how he did thing. He picked the best tactics for things and if he didn’t know the best tactic he enlisted those who did. Everyone’s so closed minded!

Based entirely on their discussion and not out of any pre-conceived notions of their individual intelligence, yes, I also have to agree with O’Day. Being brilliant has nothing to do with being good or bad. Fidel and Hitler were crimminal masterminds. Evil, horrible, but brilliant. It was extremely small minded of Hannity to hear the first statement O’Day said and then shut her off without bothering to hear her explanation. I mean, he did invite her onto the show. It’s like he purposefully stopped her from making sense so that the show can get more hits like it has.

I absolutely agree with her.
As she says, she doesn’t condone any of both Fidel’s and Hitler’s actions, but as leaders, they are both brilliant people – not many people can rouse a whole nation to fight to the death for a cause that, 10 years before, nobody had even heard of.
