Case dismissed

District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis dismissed Tila Tequila’s claims that San Diego Charger Shawn Merriman choked her and threw her to the ground early Sunday morning. Dumanis said there was insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Merriman committed a crime. Guess Dumanis needed more than pictures of bruises. Maybe next time Tila can show up with a black eye, missing tooth, video footage and a signed statement by at least five witnesses. [AP]
