are you serious? please tell me how this is slutty, how are they prostitutes? why does this look have to be from a certain era? kids dress up all the time, the only reason Noah (and friend) get attention is because she’s Miley’s sister. the freiend is Emily Grace Reaves.
i know most old people are old fashioned, but welcome to 2009. this type of dressing is actually normal, maybe you need to get out more.
this was also for Halloween, something your actually supposed to dress up for.
i see nothing wrong with what they are wearing.

That’s the wole point Laura……9 year olds should not be “hot”. Nor should a “baby” be in black lipstick. Its things like this that make it hard for the parents of little girls. I have four girls and would not let any of them dress this way even for halloween.

What in the hell were her parents thinking??? I have a 7 year old daughter and there is no way in hell she would ever leave the house looking like that. Some people do not deserve to be parents.
