Rihanna Says It Can Happen to Anyone

Speaking with Diane Sawyer in an interview that will air on GMA this Thursday and 20/20 this Friday, opened up for the first time about Chris Brown using her as an Everlast punching bag. She says “This happened to me… It can happen to anyone” and “I went to sleep as and woke up as Britney Spears. That was the level of media chaos that happened the next day. The positive thing that has come out of my situation is that people can learn from that. I want to give as much insight as I can to young women, because I feel like I represent a voice that really isn’t heard.”

Oh, whew. meant she metaphorically woke up as Britney Spears. Not that she magically transformed into an slightly pudgier shell of her former self with two kids. She scared me for a second there. I thought I’d be running out of fat jokes twice as fast.
