I don’t know if it can be considered a wardrobe malfunction when the photographer crouches down and aims the camera directly at your crotch, but, hey, whatever. I don’t tell photogs how to do their jobs and they don’t tell me how to look up the skirts of celebrities. We have an unspoken agreement. Consequently, here’s Katy Perry at the “Pane e Vino” restaurant with Perez Hilton “having a wardrobe malfunction.” Note that Perez isn’t pictured anywhere because I trashed all the ones with him in it. Why ruin a perfect moment by triggering your gag reflex?
