Lily Allen hit up the NME Awards and she looked cute, but dorky. Don’t know what was up with that big bow in her hair. She looks like a cockatoo. Other than that, it’s good to see her not topless for once. I was starting to think she lost all her bras in a fire or swore an oath to make me feel extremely uncomfortable.
