ABC denied this ad from Lane Bryant pushing their new lingerie line from running because the ad showed too much cleavage. Lane Bryant says ABC is discriminating against full-size women.
Meanwhile, Fox initially denied the Lane Bryant ad from running during the American Idol timeslot due to the same reason, but when Lane Bryant pointed out a Victoria’s Secret lingerie ad was allowed to run during the same hour, Fox had to give in.
