Elin might divorce Tiger

Back in December, Tiger Woods wrote on his website that he was quitting golf indefinitely to work on his marriage. Most took that to mean a long time, but to Tiger that meant about 4 months because he returned to the Masters in April. If this was a joke, Elin wasn’t laughing because she skipped out on Tiger’s comeback.

Not only that, Nike released a commercial featuring the voice of Tiger’s late father scolding him. That apparently was the last straw for Elin. It’s said she was disgusted and outraged by it. So much so that many close to her are speculating divorce. From PEOPLE:

“Elin was violently angry over this commercial and thought it was a cheesy thing to do,” one friend tells PEOPLE. “She wouldn’t have gone near the Masters under any condition, but that just made her madder. She is over Tiger. I wouldn’t be surprised if she files for divorce sometime soon.”

At home in Florida while Woods competed in Georgia, Nordegren didn’t watch a broadcast of the tournament, using the TV instead for movies and videos for the children.

“She’s so far beyond hurt now. If she were angry or if she hated him, they might still have a chance to work it out. But she’s beyond that. She’s numb. She just doesn’t care anymore. She’s like, ‘Whatever.’ Elin’s not the type to get all weepy or have pity parties for herself. She mourned the loss of this marriage, and now she’s moving on. It’s the only thing she can do.”

Now’s a good time to move in on Elin. She’s been betrayed and lied to so much that if you so much as smile at her, she’ll think you’re a prince. There’s nowhere to go but up with this woman. If you just helped her with her groceries, she might give you a hand job.
