Having ending it with his wife, Mel Gibson, 54, shacked up with Oksana Grigorieva, 40, who is the mother of his illegitimate seven-month-old daughter. Oksana’s plan was to probably ride on Mel Gibson’s coattails to be a big recording artist. Things didn’t work out. They broke up and now Mel has filed a restraining order against her.
Grigorieva was served the documents at her home in Sherman Oaks around 5pm Wednesday, RadarOnline.com confirmed.
While the case is sealed — meaning the documents cannot be released to the public — RadarOnline.com has learned the complaint centers around three issues and Gibson’s access to daughter Lucia.
Maybe Oksana didn’t take the break-up well. She probably pretends they’re still together and talks to a Mel Gibson hair doll every day. That would be weird in that I thought I was the only one with a Mel Gibson hair doll.
