Lindsay will spend at most 23 days in jail
When the judge handed down Lindsay Lohan’s 90 day jail sentence, you probably had this gut feeling Lindsay wasn’t going to do the entire 90. Well, you were right. She won’t. Sheriff’s spokesperson Steve Whitmore explained that a female inmate in Lindsay’s situation usually only serves 25% of their sentence. That means Lindsay will be in jail for at most 23 days. Since this is LA, 23 days will soon become 30 minutes. That queasiness you feel right now? Yea, I feel it too.
