Friends of Laurence Fishburne tried to take the knife out of his heart by buying up every copy of Montana Fishburne’s porn DVD for a million dollars. They hired Yale Galanter, the guy who got Charlie Sheen off, to make Vivid the offer. Vivid would have accepted but the DVDs had already shipped out. Steve Hirsch of Vivid said: “It’s true that we had several conversations with Mr. Galanter. We would have stopped shipment but it was too late. We continue to have the utmost respect for all involved.”
Meanwhile, talking to Montana, she says she’s always wanted to do porn and she’s in it not to be an actor but because she wants to do porn. “Being in an adult film is not a big deal to me. It’s something I always wanted to do. I have always been comfortable in my body and with my sexuality. I am not in porn to get into acting. I am in porn because I wanted to be in porn.”
