Actually, I don’t know if Miley Cyrus is really drunk. I just like to make assumptions based on wild accusations and it also makes this story sound much cooler.
Miley and Ashley Greene are in France filming LOL and ended up partying at the VIP Room in Paris over the weekend. You can see Miley do her white girl dance in a few of the photos.
Partying in France must be fun because it looks like tops are optional and the young girls don’t care how creepy the guys are. This is the closest thing to heaven on earth if you’re Jessica Simpson’s dad.
