Miley Cryus has a sexy(?) video for new single

Miley Cyrus released the video for her new single ‘Who Owns My Heart’ and there’s a lot of dark scenes where she’s running around with heavy makeup  in her underwear. This would be a lot sexier if it wasn’t Miley Cyrus and she wasn’t “dancing” like Samara from The Ring. The video gets real awkward whenever she starts gyrating. It looks like she’s doing the robot. This is about as sexy as giving Paris Hilton a pap smear.
