, 17, gave a big middle finger to the PTC last night during her Pretty Reckless concert at Don Hill’s in New York City. In the middle of her song, Taylor flashed her breasts to everyone. Hollywood Life notes that her nipples were tastefully covered with pasties but that didn’t stop a bunch of perverts from thanking God for answering their prayers and filming it. The video Hollywood Life has is censored although I don’t know why because she’s not really topless. Legal issues and the hassle of having to register on some lame website or whatever.
