Miley Cyrus was at the MTV EMAs the other day wearing a backless dress with no bra. Naturally, she turned to her side so people could see her “just breathe” tattoo right under her left pec breast. The tattoo is supposedly a tribute to her friend with cystic fibrosis. That or she thinks she’s hot sh-t and that guys need to be reminded to breathe when they see her tits.
