Jessica Simpson is engaged
A week after her Nick Lachey announced his engagement to Vanessa Minnillo, Jessica Simpson also became conveniently engaged to her boyfriend of seven months, Eric Johnson. Jessica’s spokesperson tells In Touch, “They are thrilled!” and swears this happened last week. So, you know, it’s not like Jessica was trying to compete with Nick because they didn’t even know about his engagement before theirs. Allegedly.
Us chimes in that Jessica flashed her ring during an appearance at Dillard’s at Oak Park Mall in Kansas City on Saturday and, you know what? She did. Hopefully that ring is expandable because who knows what size her little sausage fingers will be come wedding time.
Ah…she must have gotten her hooves done before the picture was taken.
