Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt at the Golden Globes

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were also at the Golden Globes, of course. Apparently green was a big color at the Globes Sunday night. According to some blogger with too much time on his hands (not me this time), Angelina Jolie wore an Atelier Versace gown with a draped neck, gathered waist and partially exposed back.

If you could see me, I’d be staring at the screen in utter confusion because I’m totally lost again. All that just meant green dress, right?

Speaking of Angelina Jolie, Ricky Gervais ripped into the Hollywood Foreign Press Association during the awards show. He joked, “I’d like to quash this ridiculous rumor going around that the only reason The Tourist was nominated so the HFPA could hang out with Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie. That is rubbish. That is not the only reason. They also accepted bribes.”

According to EW, the HFPA president shot back, “Ricky, next time you want me to help you qualify your movies, go to another guy.” No, but really. Someone must have bribed the HFPA to nominate The Tourist. The only other explanation is the HFPA were busy circle jerking to Angelina Jolie during the screening and missed most of what was going on.
