and her ex, have a two-year-old daughter together and since their breakup, they’ve seem to be on friendly terms. This is why it’s so surprising that a few weeks ago Gabriel filed for legal custody of their kid which could turn into a nasty custody battle.

Despite reports they split up on decent terms last spring, it looks Gabriel just wants to protect his legal rights. He filed a petition for joint physical and legal custody along with support.

As for why their five year relationship fizzled in the first place? Source told RadarOnline, “Gabriel felt it just wasn’t working any more. When they were first together, the nine year age difference between them didn’t phase him, she was the most beautiful woman he had ever dated and was totally in love.”

So the nine year age difference didn’t phase him until he noticed Halle looked older and older every day. Now he wants full custody and spousal support. This guy sounds like quite the catch. A prince among men. I’m surprised he didn’t wiggle the knife around after stabbing her in the back.

      Wow Herman, you hit the nail square on the head. Hallee seems to have a way of picking winners.
      The only reason he wants custody of the baby is so he can have access to Hallee’s pocket book.
      What a trifling son of a bitch. Wants to live off a woman. He should be out earning his own money.
      He was lucky she gave him the time of day. And speaking of aging, well, he is problably “too old”
      to get any modelling jobs, so he wants to sponge off a woman. Seems Halle is going to end up paying a hefty price for her baby. Probably would have done better by adopting a baby instead of bedding down with a TURD.
