Charlie Sheen’s Publicist is Too Old for This S**t

Stan Rosenfield, Charlie Sheen’s long time publicist, has resigned. Naturally. Says Rosenfield, “I worked with Charlie Sheen for a long time and I care about him very much, however, at this time, I’m unable to work effectively as his publicist and have respectfully resigned.”

He quit minutes after Sheen appeared on TMZ this morning in another interview where he claimed Stan lied to the media on his behalf about The Plaza Hotel incident where a hooker locked herself in the bathroom.

Sheen added, “I respect Stan … he was doing the best he could in that moment … had I confirmed with him, I probably would have come up with something better. ”

But then he told TMZ, “P**sy, He’s not allowed to quit, so you’re fired.” Although I don’t think you can fire someone after they quit. Except if you’re Charlie Sheen. His mind powers must be able to turn back time too.

It’s incredible it took this long for his publicist to quit. When that story about bricks of cocaine came out and Charlie wanting to start a porn family, I’d have thrown my hands in the air, taken my career and thrown it off a bridge.
