Malcolm in the Middle star and tiny person extraordinaire Frankie Muniz put a gun to his head during an argument with his girlfriend Elycia Turnbow and punched her after returning from the hospital. Sounds like love to me.
In the police report obtained by TMZ, Muniz and Turnbow were arguing about “prior relationships” when Frankie “grabbed a gun and held it to his head, possibly with the intent of committing suicide.” What a drama queen.
Elycia, worried, called one of his bandmates (this guy is in a what now?) to take him to the hospital.
Frankie says different. He claims Elycia was screaming and yelling at him when he “fell and hit his head.” That’s why he went to the hospital. He didn’t put a gun to his head. “I grabbed the case, but not the gun … it isn’t even loaded.” Cops say the gun was loaded. Ruh roh. Contradictions!
Shortly after being released at around 10 PM, Frankie came back to the house and exploded. Elycia told the cops Frankie “punched her in the back of the head and threw her into a wall while in the downstairs bedroom.” Hey, maybe this was just spirited love making. Ever thought about that you nosy cops?
Frankie denied ever punching his girlfriend telling cops, “I love her too much. She is the woman I want to marry.” Then he looked at Elycia angrily and pounded his fist into his palm. Frankie claims he was sleeping but Elycia woke him up by yelling at him and hitting him in the face. Muniz says he was merely defending himself from this 90 pound woman when she fell and started to kick the bedroom door.
There were no visible injuries and cops warned them that if this happened again, they’d both go to jail.
I believe Frankie on this one. But only because all you have to do to keep him from hitting you is stiff arm his head while he swings wildly at air. Aw, he’s so cute when he’s mad.
