Bret Lockett Has Proof

The new issue of In Touch claims Kim Kardashian has been cheating on his fiance Kris Humphries with NFL “player” Bret Lockett. Kim threatened to sue In Touch if they ran the story calling the cheating allegations “at a minimum, damaging, defamatory and an invasion of her privacy.”

In Touch went ahead and published it anyway. Lockett is quoted as saying, “I knew this was a game to her, and this is what she does. She pursued me.” Kim’s rep responded with a promise of a lawsuit.

Since then, Bret Lockett has come out of hiding saying he’s not afraid of any lawsuit because the best defense against liable is the truth. Lockett tells TMZ he has “concrete proof” that the two hooked up while she was dating Kris Humphries.

Lockett says he has phone records, texts and cell phone pics. If Kim pursues the lawsuit, he’ll present the evidence in court.

Sounds like one of them is bluffing. Could it be Bret Lockett? You’d think it wouldn’t be considering if he was, Kim would know and just call him out on it. But then again, this is Kim Kardashian. Her best qualities include nice tits and a big ass, not brains. You could ask if her fridge was running and when you’d tell her she better catch it, Kim would just ask “did you see which way it went?”
