James Marsden Is the Father of January Jones’ Baby?

Update: According to ’s rep, this is totally false. Although, everyone assumed as much because of how much the blind item beat around the bush.

Speculation run rampant that James Marsden may be the X-Man responsible for knocking up after his wife filed for divorce. Jones has yet to reveal the identity of the father, but if this blind item from Crazy Days and Nights is to be believed, this rumor is all but maybe not really confirmed.

“This B- list movie actor recently called it quits with his wife. Well, more accurately, she called it quits with him. It turns out the wife was 100% convinced that our actor was the father of January Jones’ baby. She could not be dissuaded. Well, while checking out her husband, she never did find out for sure if he is the father, but she did find out that he has been messing around with a whole bunch of other people that she had been totally blind about. So, called him out on it and kicked him out.”

Ok, even that blind item can’t confirm whether or not James Marsden is the father. But I can read between the lines and that space between the lines says it’s a definite maybe. How much more proof do you need?!

    Clearly an X-Men fan has way too much time on their hands in putting together this screwed up rumor.  The original rumor started on a site some idiot was making off the wall speculations on.  The fact that it’s gotten this far and people are trying to give it more validity is just shameless.

    CDAN yet wrote another blind item about dad’s baby recently (it was about X-Men director Matthew Vaugh):the major trouble with the blind items is that it’s only rumors or worse speculations

    I’ve heard many different versions of this rumor, and this is just another one of the various kinds. Pointless, irritating, and just plain stupid is what describes this article very few are sure to believe. If rumors are this easy to spread and convince, there will certainly be a time where we can no longer trust eachother for the news we deserve to be informed about.

    Let us list the facts. Starting off, the internet. What a wonderful invention that no one in this generation can live without. We use the internet as a source for many things like learning how to cook, draw, invent, create, and many, many more. But one of the most significant and popular uses for the internet is to become social about the things that occur in the world. In this case, James Marsden being the father of January Jones’ baby. First of all, the internet is not just a quick and easy way to learn news, but it is also a quick and easy way to produce news. Sometimes and most likely, news that is not even accurate. The internet’s news is like a game of “Telephone”. The news is either created or made up by an individual, then passed down until it reaches almost everybody. By the time the news is spread, the original has been tampered with, and it becomes nearly impossible to identify what was first said. This is how gossip spreads. I’m proud to admit I am somewhat a comic-geek, and I do know about the core of the X-Men romances. In the movies, James Marsden plays Scott Summers, (AKA Cyclops) whose story is much too complicated to file out in a simple defensive explanation. January Jones plays Emma Frost, who, in fact, was once deeply in love with Marsden’s character. Coincidence? Is it possible it could simply be a small game of telephone beginning with a mere X-Men fan, who wishes it were true? So to conclude, is this an accidental coincidence? Or is this just a coincidental accident?

    I actually loved this guy….and he seems to be those guys whom I believe would never cheat on their wives and remain loyal to his family…a ‘one woman’ man, i dont know if this rumour is actually true or not, But I had always believed that this will never happen to Marsden, But Now if it has happened I am disappointed……..I still Wish for their family to re-unite only if Marsden is clean, also wish for Wes Bentley, the guy has reformed now and his wife should forgive him and start a new life once again.
